Meet & Greet with Congressman David Trone & Council Member Jim McNulty
You are invited to meet Congressman David Trone, candidate for Maryland’s 6th Congressional District, and Gaithersburg City Councilmember Jim McNulty, candidate for Montgomery County Councilmember At-Large.
Congressman Trone has served Maryland for six years, fighting to make progress on issues that matter to Marylanders, spanning addiction, criminal justice reform, the mental health crisis, medical research, and education. Beforehand, he built Total Wine & More from the bottom up, starting as its first employee before eventually growing the company to more than 260 stores in 28 states with 12,000 team members. Throughout his career, David has put people over politics, rejecting contributions from PACs, lobbyists, and corporations.
Councilmember McNulty was first elected as president of his neighborhood Homeowners Association before his election to the Gaithersburg City Council in 2021 and re-election in 2025. A survivor of the 2010 Discovery Hostage Crisis, Jim founded a faith-based support group to support individuals impacted by trauma. He has carried this commitment to community with him ever since, ranging from his role as a City Councilmember to coaching his son's Little League team. Now, he looks forward to serving all of Montgomery County through his role on the Montgomery County Council.
Join us for an evening highlighting two candidates working to ensure a growing, affordable, and equitable Maryland.
Paid for by Friends of Jim McNulty, Vivian Abudayeh, Treasurer, and David Trone for Maryland, Inc.
